IBC containers, mobile fueling stations, and fuel trailers for fuel storage and distribution are engineered for demanding operating environments—situations where reliability, safety, and rapid deployment are critical. A rapidly deployable mobile fueling station designed to support demanding operational environments. Suitable for multiple fuel types, including diesel, gasoline, kerosene, JP-8, and AdBlue, the unit provides up to 15,000 liters of total capacity for safe and efficient fuel storage and distribution.
Fuel capacity is implemented using IBC containers, enabling transport as ADR packaged goods. This means that road transport of the station does not require ADR tank certification for the driver or the vehicle chassis.
The station can be manufactured using materials and components selected for heavy-duty applications, ensuring long service life, durability, and reliable performance in challenging conditions.
DTD containers are engineered for demanding environments where safe, efficient fuel transport and storage is critical. UN type-approved and built from durable materials, they feature 110 % double-walled construction for integrated secondary containment.
Standard capacities range from 990 to 2,990 liters, with custom solutions available for operational requirements, including material, volume, and equipment configuration. Units are approved for long-term storage under SFS 2735, and for high-demand operations — such as helicopter refueling — can be manufactured in stainless or acid-resistant steel.
Designed for integration with backup generators and field systems, DTD containers provide reliable, secure fuel supply for critical missions and austere environments.
A plastic IBC fuel container designed for vehicle refueling applications. Suitable for diesel and fuel oil, refueling can be conveniently carried out directly from a van or pickup truck. No ADR driving license is required for the driver.
The unit is a UN/ADR type-approved IBC (packaging type 31H2, packing group II). It can be handled by forklift from the base and lifted from above using lifting slings.
The Jerry product series has now been granted a 10-year approved service life in Finland, demonstrating its proven quality, durability, and long-term performance.
