Rotational moulding (rotomoulding, rotational forming) is a method of manufacturing plastic products in which powdered plastic material is melted in a rotating mould. The method enables the cost-effective production of seamless, durable and complex products.

We have extensive production capacity and manufacture products ranging from a few litres to several thousand litres. Rotational moulding allows us to produce very large products without the need for assembly or joints.

Rotational moulding typically uses steel sheet or aluminium moulds, which are lightweight, durable and allow for the production of even complex parts. In the rotational moulding process, mould maintenance plays a key role in ensuring product quality and maximising the service life of the moulds. We manufacture all our products in Finland, at our factory in Virrat, North Pirkanmaa, where we utilise modern rotational moulding technology and decades of expertise.

Our most common materials are polyethylenes (PE), which are highly resistant to chemicals and varying weather conditions. We also supply recycled materials and specialised materials as required.
